The Summit will take place on Wednesday, February 16 and Thursday, February 17.

The Summit will take place in a virtual format.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE SUMMIT?

The Summit is open to anyone interested in open educational resources (OER).

REGISTRATION

HOW DO I REGISTER?

You may register by clicking the button at the top of the page or the link at the bottom of the page.  

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND?

Nothing! The Summit is free for all attendees. 

TECHNOLOGY

WHAT PLATFORM WILL THE SUMMIT TAKE PLACE?

The summit will be ran out of Sched, a browser-based agenda platform. All live sessions will be held in Zoom.

WHAT ARE THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE?

To participate, you will need an Internet connection and a web browser.  

WHEN WILL I GET ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM?

You will receive access to Sched well in advance to the summit. The Zoom links to join the live sessions will be made available within Sched, 10 minutes prior to the session. 

RECORDINGS

WILL THE SESSIONS BE RECORDED?

Yes! Sessions will be recorded and made available after the Summit. 

HOW DO I ACCESS THE RECORDINGS?

Once they are posted,  you can find the recording linked in the event platform, under the session. 

IF I DID NOT REGISTER, CAN I ACCESS THE RECORDINGS?

Yes! Most recordings will be made public. However, to guarantee access and know when they are available, we suggest you register. 

OTHER

WILL CAPTIONING BE AVAILABLE?

Yes! All session will have captioning available.
