ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Since the establishment of the Master Property Program, risk managers from participating institutions have gathered annually. The program’s Loss Control Workshop was derived from this annual meeting and created for the purpose of exchanging best practices and lessons learned. As an additional benefit, workshop participants include not only risk managers but also individuals from facilities, campus security, environmental health and safety, and others. Over the years the Workshop has expanded, providing many sessions on multiple topics relevant to risk management and current events in higher education.
