HOTEL AND TRAVEL INFORMATION

SELF PARKING

The Hilton at the Ballpark offers self-parking* at the Stadium East garage, at the corner of Walnut & Broadway, adjacent to the HIlton.  You can enter the garage off of Broadway, which is a one-way. MHEC has negotiated a rate of $24 for overnight guests. Please inform the front desk that you will be self-parking when checking in. The front desk will give you a validation ticket that you may use when exiting the garage. 

If you are parking for just the day, the Stadium East garage offers an early bird special of $6/day if you enter between 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and depart between 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

*Institutional participants will have self-parking charges billed to MHEC's master bill, where applicable. 

VALET PARKING

Please note valet parking will not be covered for institutional participants. Participants who choose to use valet parking will be billed to the credit card on file. The Hilton at the Ballpark also offers valet parking at a rate of $45/night. To utilize, pull in the circle drive of the hotel and let Valet know that you would like to valet park. They will provide you with a ticket, please keep the ticket. Let the front desk know that you valet parked your vehicle when checking in.  When you checkout of the hotel, you will pick up your vehicle from the West Tower Lobby at the Valet Window.  

Should you be arriving through the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL), there is no complimentary airport shuttle service. A one-way taxi will be approximately $35. You may also choose to use transportation services like Lyft and Uber.

The Hilton is conveniently located .4 miles from the MetroLink. Take the red line from STL to the Stadium MetroLink Station. Cost is $2.50 each way. Click here for a walking map.
