24th ANNUAL LOSS CONTROL WORKSHOP

March 2-4, 2022 I  St. Louis, MO

MEETING GUIDELINES

Our goal is to provide a safe experience for all participants. For in-person attendees, during our meeting, we will follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Please note, some of the CDC's travel guidelines differ for vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.

  • Per CDC guidanceindividuals who are fully vaccinated do not need to get tested or self-quarantine prior to travel. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated should get tested with a viral test 1-3 days before travel.
  • The CDC recommends that unvaccinated individuals wear masks in indoor public places. The CDC also recommends that fully vaccinated individuals wear masks indoors in public in areas of substantial or high COVID-19 transmission. At this time, St. Louis, Missouri, is currently an area of high transmission, so masks are recommended for all meeting participants. In accordance with the City of St. Louis regulations, at this time, the city does require that all guests wear a mask indoors regardless of vaccination status.
  • In addition, the CDC also recommends for individuals who are not fully vaccinated to be tested 3-5 days after returning from travel, engage in social distancing and, in some cases, self-quarantine for a full 7 days after travel, even if you test negative at 3-5 days after travel.

We encourage you to review the CDC guidance and follow these important safety measures to protect yourself and others. We are continuing to monitor the situation as it continues to evolve.  These safety measures will be updated as recommendations from the CDC and local health authorities change.
